Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 5 tablespoon garam masala

Instructions

  1. Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container.

You can also had half a tablespoon of the following: cloves, nutmeg, fenugreek and ginger.

This makes around 250g and can be stored for up to 1 year.
