Ramadan al kareem is upon us again and don't fret about what to cook last minute, I have you sorted with daily meal plans.
When making a meal plan you don't have to overdo it, just think about what tired hungry people need to rehydrate their bodies, so keep it simple and varied for the best iftar.

Day 1
- Classic Lebanese Lentil Soup (Shorbet Adas) this is a must for Lebanese iftar!
- Fattoush salad - the king of all Lebanese salads, both filling and nutritious
- Meat rolls - you can make these ahead or freeze any extra
- Freekeh with chicken and nuts - this is such a great grain to cook with and my recipe is best
- Katayef b kashta - make these delicious and impressive cream filled pancakes for a post meal sugar rush!
